Klapperstorch (formerly: Barcode, still developing) is the name of a font, which can be understood as a Toolkit for Headlines, Titels, etc. The visuality is based on segment displays in order to create a simple construction of the individual characters. This aspect, combined with two different line widths, gives the font its unique look. One special feature of this font is the possibility of combining its 5 font styles, which result from the distortion of its grid. From there you can start to create yet unseen visual impressions.
The project includes several development steps: optimizing letters, working on possible use cases and presenting my work in TypeTalks format
